winpkp Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winpkp ("winpkp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at winpkp.com. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the winpkp platform.

By accessing the winpkp website, creating a player account, or using any part of the winpkp service — including placing sports bets, participating in casino games, using the Live Casino, or accessing the Lucky Dice or Slot sections — you unconditionally accept this Agreement. Your continued use of the winpkp platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms & Conditions.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with winpkp's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with winpkp.

To be eligible to register and maintain a winpkp account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from winpkp or had a winpkp account suspended or terminated for cause;
• Participation in online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your place of residence;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of winpkp or any of its affiliated group companies.

winpkp reserves the right to require verification of age and identity at any time. Verification is conducted through CNIC-based Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. Where a Player cannot satisfactorily verify their age or identity, winpkp will suspend the account and withhold withdrawals pending resolution. Any winnings accrued by a Player subsequently found to be under 21 years of age shall be forfeited.

Each individual Player may register and maintain one winpkp account only. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where winpkp identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — identified through matching personal data, payment instruments, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — winpkp may consolidate, suspend, or permanently close all such accounts and may forfeit any balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your registration data and to notify winpkp promptly of any changes.

winpkp operates a risk-based KYC programme. Players may be required to submit the following documents at the point of registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time winpkp deems necessary:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used (e.g., JazzCash account screenshot, bank statement header);
• A selfie holding your CNIC, where required for enhanced due diligence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpkp login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. winpkp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify winpkp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

All winpkp player balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winpkp accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposit limits may be adjusted by winpkp at any time and may also be set by the Player through responsible gaming controls.

winpkp only accepts deposits from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name and verified under the Player's KYC profile. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the account and return of the deposit to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification is complete and in good standing;
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the withdrawal amount have been satisfied;
• The withdrawal is requested to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless winpkp specifically approves an alternative;
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing thresholds have been met.

winpkp targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds will also depend on the processing times of the Player's chosen payment method. winpkp does not charge Players a withdrawal fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All bets placed on the winpkp platform — including cricket betting, PSL in-play markets, sports betting, and any other betting product — are subject to winpkp's Sport-Specific Betting Rules, which are published in the platform's help section and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on winpkp:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. winpkp reserves the right to refuse any bet or to impose stake limits on any market or on any individual Player's account;
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the winpkp platform specifically offers a Cash Out facility for that market;
• In the event of a technical failure or system error during the placement or settlement of a bet, winpkp reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's winpkp balance;
• Where winpkp has paid out on a bet that was subsequently found to have been settled incorrectly, winpkp reserves the right to correct the settlement and recover any overpayment from the Player's account balance;
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") do not constitute valid bets. winpkp reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price.

winpkp monitors betting patterns for evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or irregular activity. Any account found to have benefited from such activity will be suspended and the matter referred to the relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.

winpkp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms accompanying the individual offer, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bonus conversion, and expiry period. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and this Agreement, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all winpkp promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and over only;
• Unless otherwise specified, welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit only;
• winpkp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally practicable;
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements are tracked separately from real-money balances in the Player's winpkp account. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless the Player is specifically wagering to clear a bonus requirement;
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through systematic or coordinated play — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" — is a prohibited activity and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winpkp platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one winpkp account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identification or KYC documentation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the winpkp platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets in a systematic manner;
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from collusion with other Players or from match-fixing or insider information relating to any event offered on winpkp;
• Processing deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party, or using winpkp as a mechanism for money laundering;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, data, or technology from the winpkp platform;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent winpkp's geographic access controls or security systems.

winpkp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The platform provides every Player with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps;
• Session time reminders: notifications alerting you to the duration of your current session;
• Cooling-off periods: temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion: permanent or long-term exclusion from the winpkp platform, with a minimum period of six months.

Players who self-exclude from winpkp will not receive marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion and will be prevented from opening new accounts during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen minimum period.

winpkp processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at winpkp.com/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, winpkp processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. winpkp does not sell personal data to third parties.

All content on the winpkp platform — including but not limited to the winpkp brand, logo, design, text, graphics, software, data feeds, betting markets, odds, and game content — is the proprietary property of winpkp or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winpkp platform for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial betting and gaming. Any other use of winpkp content — including reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation — is prohibited without the prior written consent of winpkp.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpkp's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to the use of the winpkp platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that Player to winpkp in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winpkp shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages;
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided through the winpkp platform.

Nothing in this clause limits winpkp's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

winpkp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete or maintain satisfactory KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Business decision to exit a particular market or product line.

Upon termination for cause, winpkp may, at its discretion, withhold the Player's balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their winpkp account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure will not affect any pending bet settlements or withdrawal requests already in process at the time of closure.

winpkp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, winpkp will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email or prominent in-platform notification. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions, including the date of last update displayed at the top of this page, is always the governing version. Your continued use of the winpkp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winpkp holds its international gaming licence. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact winpkp's support team to attempt an informal resolution. winpkp undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five business days and to use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by winpkp's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available in the winpkp help section.
